Program/Project Management
FEI possesses the necessary procedures and systems for comprehensive
project management and project control to make certain our services
are delivered on schedule and budget. FEI financial systems
complement the project management and controls systems ensuring
accurate cost accumulation, tracking, invoicing, and reporting.

Monitoring
